NOODLE PUDDING

 

 ½ lb. Broad Noodles

¼  lb. melted butter

1 pt. sour cream

½ cup white raisins

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups milk

1 lb. cottage cheese

6 eggs beaten

Cinnamon 

 

Cook noodles and drain in hot water.

 

Mix all ingredients together leaving the eggs for last.

 

Fold eggs into mixture.

 

Pour entire contents into a greased pan. 

 

Make sure sides are also well greased.

 

Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

 

Bake first 20 minutes @ 400 degrees then one hour @ 325 degrees
