PICKLED CABBAGE
1 White or green cabbage 8 cloves of garlic sliced ½ large glass of water ½ large glass of white vinegar *1/3 cup salt *one time only 1 tbs sugar 1 very large jar with cover
Place some sliced garlic in bottom of jar.
Start stuffing the cabbage into the jar adding more garlic as you go along until the jar is full.
Add the juice mixture.
Keep making the same juice mixture until all the cabbage is covered. Place top on jar and turn over several times. (omit the salt after the 1st mixture) taste!
Leave cabbage out for several hours or overnight then refrigerate.
It’s ready as soon as it is COLD!
